TEARII is a freelance romanian artist.Currently pursuing the UNARTE art university in bucharest.
They love working with vtubers,designing characters and overall creating digital art.
Previously worked as a tattoo artist but would rather keeping all commissions in the digital space.Their main theme inspiration is cyberfuturism,mecha art and space.

PRICES AND COMMERCIAL FEES INFORMATION

the prices shown below are for my most common orders,but for other requests there’s always space to cover your needs.
Please note that the prices shown below are not the ones you’d want to expect with full certainty.If your commission is too complex,there will be additional fees.
if you wish to commercialise my work,please inform me beforehand.I have the right to decline your request of commercialisation.commercial fees are equivalent to 50% of the final price.

REFERENCE SHEETS

reference sheets have minimal shading unless stated otherwise by the commissioner.there will always be a background included to reference sheets unless stated otherwise by the commissioner.
props,background and eyes close-ups are part of props and closeup fee,which is not included in the price.
reference sheets start from 120€ and can be as complex as you wish.if you request a reference sheet you should be expecting more waiting time than the other commissions i’ve listed.If you do not have an existing design and you want to get it designed while working on the reference sheet,there will be an additional 20€ fee.You will be provided with a form that must be filled in correctly, with pictures and descriptions if stated so.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for choosing my art!!Please take the time to read the Terms of Service below.
These rules apply to all past and future commissioners.There is no exceptions unless I state otherwise.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms:Working with Tearii:
As the artist i still reserve all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, selling prints of my artworks (previously commissioned or not), unless pleaded contrary with my clients.You must acknowledge that my art is and will always be digital only.Everyone that has commissioned and will commission me will have to agree upon everything I mentioned here,and if there’s any customer that won’t respect my terms of service could be permanently forbidden from owning any of my works or designs or even persuaded with legal actions.No one fully owns my art but me UNLESS the commercialisation fee has been paid,which gives one the permission to use my art in any way possible.
This is my part-time job and my passion. Any other Terms of Service related to commissioning an artist are null and void upon agreeing to my Terms of Service.I will treat you with respect, so please do the same for me.I will not tolerate any kind of disrespect.I will always try to complete your commission as quickly as possible and in order of purchase. I will always let you know when I’m busier than expected.Commissions do not take more than 2 months unless the request is extremely complex.There will be no refunds after receiving the sketch,you must agree on paying beforehand or after the sketch has been finished.You may not trace or reference my art after obtaining the finished product.

PROCESS AND PAYMENT DETAILS:Full payment is required beforehand.Payment is done via Paypal or Ko-fi only.I advise customers to send the payment in the specified currency only.
Full refunds will be given ONLY if the commission hasn’t been started yet,or if i m unable to finish your commission in the span of 2 months and with the lack of progress updates.only 70-40% of the price will be refunded if the commission is already started.The amount may vary depending on the progress that has been made.

Terminating the commission:I reserve the right to refuse a commission up front for any reason and without explanation.I reserve the right to issue a refund for a commission. This can be done if the terms of service are violated or if I am unable to fulfill the assignment due to other obligations. I will issue refunds but only if no work has been done. Once work is started, partial refunds based on time spent will be issued.No refunds for completed work. My goal is to work with you to make the existing artwork better until you are satisfied.Commissions are not frist come, first served. I reserve the right to decline your order if i don't feel comfortable or i'm not able to work on it, and to work with clients whose order i feel most passionate about as it directly influences the quality of the product.
